We ship from London to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and selected countries worldwide.

 

Dispatch

Prints are dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order. The delivery times below are counted from dispatch, not from when you order.

 

Delivery options and costs

 

United Kingdom

Standard - GBP 4.99, 3-5 business days. Free on orders of GBP 50 or more.

Express - GBP 6.99, 1-2 business days.

 

European Union

Standard international - GBP 14.99, 3-5 business days.

 

Rest of world

Standard international - GBP 23.99, 3-5 business days.

 

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the item price or the delivery cost, and are the customer's responsibility.

 

Packaging

Prints are packed flat in a rigid protective envelope.

 

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by courier delays and public holidays. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email stan.randy.marsh@icloud.com and we will chase it for you.

 

Damaged or lost parcels

If your print arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you in full.
